1. ELIGIBILITY
The Peck Brothers Mini Bike Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to legal permanent residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older; and 18 years of age or older in all remaining states and the District of Columbia) at the time of entry.
Employees of Peck Brothers Off-Road LLC (“Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, prize providers, promotion partners, and internet agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.


2. PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on November 3, 2025 (the “Promotion Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.


3. HOW TO ENTER
Two ways to enter:

(1) Online Purchase Entry
During the Promotion Entry Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 spent on eligible purchases of Peck Brothers Off-Road products made at www.peckbrothersoffroad.com.
The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping). Purchases must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. MT on November 3, 2025 and include your consent to enter.
No limit on the number of entries with purchase and consent.

(2) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)
To receive ten (10) entries without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP, date of birth, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to:
Peck Brothers Mini Bike Giveaway, PO Box 60, Franklin ID 83237.
Limit one entry per envelope. Entries must be postmarked by November 3, 2025 and received by November 10, 2025 to qualify.


4. RANDOM DRAWING
A random drawing to select one (1) potential winner will be conducted on or about November 15, 2025, from among all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.


5. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Sponsor and must complete required documents (Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, W-9 form, etc.) within five (5) days of notification.
Failure to respond or complete paperwork in time will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.


6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
Winner’s choice of ONE (1) of the following:
- 2024 Yamaha TTR110
- 2024 Kawasaki KLX110
- 2021 Honda CRF110

PLUS $1,000 in cash.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): up to $4,000 depending on model selected.

The $1,000 cash will be awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer (at Sponsor’s discretion).
Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, and related fees. Prize is non-transferable and must be picked up at a location specified by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of notification.


7. ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Winner must show valid photo ID and proof of insurance (if required by state law).
- Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
- Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Winner assumes all risk and liability once the prize is accepted.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation, prize acceptance, or use.
The Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond their control.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and resolved by binding arbitration in Preston, Idaho under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Entrants waive the right to participate in any class or collective action.


11. WINNER LIST
The name of the verified winner will be posted at www.peckbrothersoffroad.com on or about November 25, 2025.
